This Tierra Verde transformation was designed to feel like an experience the moment you walk through the door—warm, layered, intimate, and quietly luxurious. Every detail within this living space was intentionally curated to create a sense of calm sophistication while embracing the relaxed elegance of Florida living.

One of the defining features of this renovation was the addition of custom crown molding throughout the space, elevating the architecture and bringing a more refined, finished feel to the home. To further transform the room, we designed and constructed a custom fireplace build-out featuring a fully integrated fireplace and encased television wall. This architectural focal point completely changed the atmosphere of the space, adding depth, balance, warmth, and a true luxury custom-home feel.

Anchored by the dramatic fireplace wall, the room balances architectural structure with softness. The built-in shelving introduces symmetry and dimension, while the linear fireplace creates a warm glow that transforms the room both day and night. Above, a statement chandelier adds sculptural movement and a touch of old-world character, grounding the space with a collected, editorial feel.

Throughout the room, a palette of warm neutrals, aged textures, soft creams, and organic elements was layered to create richness without overwhelming the eye. The furnishings were selected not only for beauty, but for comfort and functionality—allowing the space to feel elevated yet entirely livable.

One of our favorite aspects of this project is the atmosphere it creates. The subtle lighting, candle glow, textured rug, and organic greenery work together to make the home feel deeply personal and inviting. Every material was chosen to evoke warmth, depth, and timelessness rather than trend-driven design.

This project reflects what we love most about full-service interior design: creating spaces that feel emotionally connected to the people living within them. The result is a home that feels refined, grounded, and effortlessly welcoming—designed to be enjoyed slowly and lived in fully.
