    Typically, if it’s a full home (no delay or custom furniture) under 30 days.

  • How can you customize my living room renovation?

    We can enhance your living room with architectural details such as niches, statement lighting, built-in shelving, and windows designed for more natural light.

  • Do I need a permit to renovate my kitchen?

    Minor upgrades such as repainting, replacing countertops, or upgrading fixtures does not require a permit. However, if the renovation involves structural alterations, electrical rewiring, plumbing modifications, or changes to load-bearing walls, a permit is likely mandatory.

  • What kind of budget should I expect for a commercial design project?

    This will vary on the project’s size/scope, complexity, and duration. When creating a budget you should consider Design fees, Decorating costs, Space needs, Furnishings, and Decor.

  • How long does the installation process take for a pergola or lanai?

    One day for installation if no removal of an existing structure, two days if necessary.

  • Do you put up decorations for holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Halloween?
