  • Can a pergola or lanai be customized to match the style of my home?

    Absolutely!

  • Do I need a permit for a pergola?

    Typically, with a pergola 100 to 200 square feet, you do not need one. This can vary based on the scope of the project.

  • How long does the installation process take for a lanai or patio?

    If there is no existing structure, it takes one day for installaiton. If there is an existing structure that needs to be removed, it can take two days.
