LUMINOUS

This project was truly extraordinary. Our clients—two wonderful sisters who recently relocated to Florida—were an absolute delight to work with. They hired us for the full turn-key experience, and the transformation was nothing short of remarkable.

Each sister brought her own unique vision for the vibe and style of her home. During our initial consultation, I spent time getting to know them individually and presented their first mood boards—both of which they loved.

The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. While I may be a little biased, the finished spaces feel cozy, comfortable, and filled with a light, airy charm. We were intentional in honoring the home’s architecture, adding thoughtful design highlights throughout.

So tell us—what detail is your favorite? Are you ready to take the next step with Designs by Rohner?

"I still can’t believe what they did to our home—WOW. The transformation was absolutely incredible. We went straight into hosting our Halloween party, and every single guest was saying “OMG!” all night long.

I truly cannot recommend them enough. Their professionalism is outstanding. Damon’s project management was phenomenal—he kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire process feel seamless. Madeline took the time to really listen and understand exactly what I wanted, which made all the difference.

They may not be the cheapest, but they are also not the most expensive—and honestly, the value they deliver is unmatched. They truly have it going on. A genuine one-stop shop that is completely turn-key ready. If you’re considering working with them, don’t hesitate. It was one of the best decisions we made for our home."
