Sweetwell Place | Income-Driven Design | Riverview
This project was thoughtfully designed for a client with a lifestyle as dynamic as his investments. A seasoned businessman who rotates between three residences throughout the year, he needed this home to serve two distinct purposes seamlessly. When in residence for extended stays, the space needed to feel warm, comfortable, and personal for both him and his dog. When rented, it needed to resonate just as strongly with young professionals seeking a stylish, well-curated place to land.
Working within a clear, budget-driven framework, we leaned into a refined mid-century modern aesthetic that balances character with broad appeal. Clean lines, intentional furnishings, and a cohesive palette created a space that feels cozy yet elevated—designed to live beautifully and rent effortlessly.
This home proves that income-driven properties don’t have to sacrifice style. With the right design approach, rentals can feel intentional, inviting, and highly profitable.
If you’re looking to make the most out of your rental investment, you’re in the right place.
