This Tierra Verde transformation was designed to feel like an experience the moment you walk through the door—warm, layered, intimate, and quietly luxurious. Every detail within this living space was intentionally curated to create a sense of calm sophistication while embracing the relaxed elegance of Florida living.

One of the defining features of this renovation was the addition of custom crown molding throughout the space, elevating the architecture and bringing a more refined, finished feel to the home. To further transform the room, we designed and constructed a custom fireplace build-out featuring a fully integrated fireplace and encased television wall. This architectural focal point completely changed the atmosphere of the space, adding depth, balance, warmth, and a true luxury custom-home feel.

Anchored by the dramatic fireplace wall, the room balances architectural structure with softness. The built-in shelving introduces symmetry and dimension, while the linear fireplace creates a warm glow that transforms the room both day and night. Above, a statement chandelier adds sculptural movement and a touch of old-world character, grounding the space with a collected, editorial feel.

Throughout the room, a palette of warm neutrals, aged textures, soft creams, and organic elements was layered to create richness without overwhelming the eye. The furnishings were selected not only for beauty, but for comfort and functionality—allowing the space to feel elevated yet entirely livable.

One of our favorite aspects of this project is the atmosphere it creates. The subtle lighting, candle glow, textured rug, and organic greenery work together to make the home feel deeply personal and inviting. Every material was chosen to evoke warmth, depth, and timelessness rather than trend-driven design.

This home was originally set to be designed during Halloween season, and we embraced exactly what the homeowners had already provided. Layering vision, creativity, and intention on top of a solid foundation. What unfolded was nothing short of an incredible journey.

From the floors to the ceilings , the transformation speaks for itself. Every choice was purposeful and cohesive. Furniture selections span from Arhaus to RH , grounded beautifully by Bamboo flooring , creating warmth, durability, and timeless appeal. All paint colors throughout the home are by Sherwin-Williams , carefully selected to enhance light, texture, and flow.

We layer texture, color, uniqueness, and practicality! A beautiful home should also function effortlessly for everyday life. This project is a perfect example of that balance.

These bathroom transformations may live under the same roof, but each tells a completely different story—and both are equally stunning. Designed for two sisters with opposing aesthetics, this Phase II renovation celebrates individuality while maintaining thoughtful cohesion throughout the home. We’re already looking ahead to Phase III.

The first bathroom leans into a rustic, organic sensibility, anchored by mustard-toned tiles that wrap the space in warmth and texture. A soft forest-green accent wall paired with subtle light-blue rope detailing adds depth and character, while statement sconces introduce an unexpected layer that truly completes the look.

The second bathroom embraces a richer, moodier vibe. From the striped shower to faux limestone–painted walls, every element was curated to feel grounded and soulful. A black mango-wood vanity sits alongside a full sink cabinet, balancing darkness with natural lightness and enhancing the organic flow of the space. Nature is brought indoors not only through materials, but also through a meaningful personal touch—an element inspired by one of the client’s favorite memories shared with her daughter.

This project was truly extraordinary. Our clients—two wonderful sisters who recently relocated to Florida—were an absolute delight to work with. They hired us for the full turn-key experience, and the transformation was nothing short of remarkable.

Each sister brought her own unique vision for the vibe and style of her home. During our initial consultation, I spent time getting to know them individually and presented their first mood boards—both of which they loved.

This home was completed in three thoughtfully executed phases , and every detail was intentional. From faux ceiling beams and softly rounded entryways to custom paint, flooring, staircase updates, statement lighting, and layered wallpaper—no surface was overlooked.

The living space received a full custom build-out, anchored by a widescreen fireplace and finished with carefully curated furnishings—from Arhaus furniture to RH artwork —creating a space that feels both elevated and inviting.

This design project was truly a pleasure from start to finish. Working with this wonderful couple was an absolute joy, and the collaboration resulted in a home that perfectly reflects both their lifestyle and personality.

For the dining room and living room, we thoughtfully incorporated the majority of the homeowners’ existing furniture, honoring pieces they already loved. To elevate and unify the space, we introduced carefully selected accent pieces that created a cohesive flow throughout the home while enhancing the overall aesthetic.

This three-bedroom, two-bath residence was designed with intentionality and balance. In the living room, we added an additional Ashley Furniture piece to complement the existing suite and strengthen the layout. One of the most impactful transformations came from reimagining the living space—pulling furniture away from the walls to create better flow, depth, and conversation zones. To further anchor the room, we designed and installed an additional media wall, bringing both function and visual interest to the space.

Every decision was made through collaboration, ensuring the design met the clients’ needs while enhancing how they live in their home every day. This couple is what we lovingly call our baseball couple at Wellen Park — and let’s just say, they knocked it out of the park.

From location to design choices, every decision was a home run… and yes, partnering with us was a grand slam, too.

Relocating from out of state to Florida’s slice of paradise, they entrusted us with a fully turn-key, move-in-ready transformation. We thoughtfully incorporated select pieces of their own furniture — including cherished master-suite items and beloved artwork — because we truly honor the sentimental value behind meaningful pieces. This project was thoughtfully designed for a truly special couple living along a country club golf course. As lifestyles evolve, so should the home—and this renovation was centered on comfort, accessibility, and dignity without sacrificing beauty.

To provide safe and seamless shower access with a walker, we reimagined the existing layout by removing a rear cabinet and expanding the footprint, allowing the space to function effortlessly for daily living. The before-and-after transformation speaks volumes.

In addition, Damon expertly added a full shower to an existing half bath for the gentleman, creating both convenience and independence. Every design choice was intentionally selected to complement the home’s original aesthetic, ensuring the new spaces feel cohesive, timeless, and thoughtfully integrated.

This space was designed as an escape — deeply personal, unapologetically moody, and intentionally indulgent.

Our client came to us with one request: she wanted her bathroom to feel like hers . A place to retreat, exhale, and reset. To honor that vision, Damon reworked the home’s footprint, expanding an adjacent closet to make room for a freestanding soaking tub , transforming the bath into a destination rather than a pass-through.

This was a complete gut renovation , rebuilt from the ground up with a multi-purpose layout designed for ritual and flow. We are firm believers that luxury lives in the transitions — stepping out of a warm soaking tub and directly into the shower to rinse, reset, and repeat.

At the heart of the space is its spa energy. A cedar ceiling wraps the room in warmth , instantly grounding the darker palette while adding a natural, sensory layer reminiscent of a high-end wellness retreat. Above, a skylight washes the space in soft natural light , creating a quiet contrast between shadow and sun — moody by night, serene by day.

The palette remains rich and atmospheric, softened by subtle coastal accents that whisper beachside living without ever feeling literal. The result is a bathroom that feels slow, sensual, and restorative — a space meant for candlelight, steam, stillness, and long moments of pause.
